Ok time to update.

Hols seem to have passed by so fast. now its time to mug !! and its xmas :( what a merry xmas this is gonna be.

I rmbr i started the yr by saying ok im definitely going to carol this xmas. now my xmas mood is all gone after attempting to read one of the crazy bacteria tables. No idea how im gonna rmbr all this shit for the CA and for the rest of my life.

Some new neighbour is moving in and his stupid 2 vans always fight with me for my "lot" hmph and today i found some scratches on the left side of my car rawrrr i suspect its by them cos their house is still having some construction works. luckily after car polishing those black marks can be removed. Sigh so now i have to fight with TWO houses for my nice shady lot directly outside my house. Sometimes im soo soo soo tempted to let my key slip from my hand and OOPS scratch their side. god help me.

Oh and earlier on today the car polisher was trying to advertise his TCM products to me because my mom told him earlier on that she had a colonscopy appointment. Smart mom left me at his mercy while she drove off grrr. Apparently his products are quite popular in hk cos they have won alot of awards o.O but ever since teo tian seng's lecture, i cannot bring myself to trust TCM products. Somethign bout, u do not know the exact concentration of the effective drug in the herb blah blah and may have side effects or drug drug interaction. Half of me was screaming to tell him kthnxbye but i politely listened on in the blistering heat (crazy weather blow hot blow cold/rain one)

Theres this product called imu6 or something which utilises milk from the COW when it has just given birth cos the milk would contain maternal antibodies which would then supplement my own immune system and improve health. In my heart i was thinking HMM. from what know, my own immune system would probably recognize the cow antibodies as foreign and mount an immune response rendering this health supplement completely useless ? may even lead to a hypersensitivity rxn ? No wonder at the end when he asked me what i was studying and i told him medicine his face dropped, HA.

Im glad my WOW has expired. Just in time too so now i would have one less distraction and more time to focus on mugging :) WOW is definitely addictive, one day without it and im feeling the withdrawl symptoms. luckily i left off when i was supposed to mindlessly grind 90 frigging more rocs/clefthoofs/talbuk so thats not exactly enticing me to return.

My pre new yr resolution would be to GET FIT and im proud of myself cos thus far for 4 days i have been gymming/swimming !! i hope this blistering heat keeps up so i can go swim and keep up with my fitness regime.
